- Facebook Page IDs: Used to identify which Facebook Page(s) are connected to our service.
- Page Access Tokens: Required by the Meta Graph API to send and receive messages on behalf of the connected Page.
- Customer Messages: Incoming messages sent by users to your Facebook Page, processed transiently to generate an AI reply.
We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details unless explicitly provided by you during account registration.
3. How We Use Your Information
All collected data is used exclusively to operate and improve the AI Auto Reply Bot service:
Customer messages are passed to Google Gemini AI to generate contextually appropriate automated replies on behalf of the Page Owner.
Facebook Page IDs and Access Tokens are used solely to authenticate and send responses via the Meta Graph API.
No user data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data is processed in real-time and is not retained beyond what is operationally necessary.

5. Data Deletion
You are in full control of your data. You can delete your connected Facebook Pages and all associated data at any time directly from your dashboard.
How to delete your data
Navigate to your Dashboard, select the connected Page you wish to remove, and click the Delete button. This will permanently remove the Page connection, associated access tokens, and all related configuration from our systems.
Upon deletion, we do not retain any residual copies of your Page data. If you wish to have all account data removed, please contact us at the email address listed below.
